The huge construction of CLIMATE RIBBON protects the visitors of the passage from bad weather and at the same time captures the sea breeze from the bay and thus becomes a natural air conditioner for the entire center.
The surface of individual slats is a dynamic series of sloping surfaces placed at variable angles. The position of each slat is the result of a sophisticated analysis of the slope of the sun's rays and the flow of winds from the bay. The steel structure is all white and gives a very elegant impression. The upper glass roof of the structure provides protection from the rain, and also acts as a partial filter against the solar radiation.
