The GHG protocol was used to measure data, which maps emissions in three categories: Scope 1, 2 a 3.
Scope 1 includes direct emissions from our own operations, for example from the operation of our manufacturing facilities or company vehicles. These emissions are under our direct control and we are constantly looking for ways to effectively reduce them.
Scope 2 it covers indirect emissions from the energy we buy and use, such as electricity, heat or cooling. Here we focus on increasing energy efficiency and investing in renewable energy sources.
Scope 3 it goes even further – it includes the emissions that arise throughout our supply chain, from the extraction of raw materials through transportation to the disposal of our products at the end of their life cycle. Although these emissions are not directly under our control, we take responsibility for them and work with our suppliers to minimize them.
Our efforts to reduce emissions and increase efficiency are paying off, and while we still have a lot of work to do, we know we're on the right track. Our commitment to environmental protection is strong, and this study has confirmed that we are moving in the right direction.
