HOT DIP GALVANIZING

Suitable for galvanizing bolts, calipers, nuts, washers, studs and other steel parts. Centrifugation of the material removed from the galvanizing bath ensures an even coating without affecting the functionality of individual parts. This avoids additional cutting of threads and other modifications.

Measure the length, width and depth of the largest parts of your product. This will be useful when choosing a suitable galvanizing plant.

About the galvanizing plant

The plant in Moravské Písek underwent extensive modernization. The complete reconstruction was completed in the course of 2022, with the opening of a new centrifugal galvanizing plant. From June 1, 2022, a completely new and modern galvanizing plant for hanging galvanizing is already in operation. During the construction of this galvanizing plant, we placed particular emphasis on the high safety of its operation and on compliance with stricter hygiene and environmental standards in terms of noise and waste production. The most modern machinery and technology are used in the hot-dip galvanizing process. The zinc plant is semi-automated and largely controlled by software. The entire zinc workshop is covered, all material incl. of "black" material is well protected against adverse weather conditions before its galvanization.

We manually clean galvanized parts from zinc drops and carefully check the resulting quality of the coating. We always store your steel under the roof. Whether it's waiting for you at the galvanizing plant or we're taking it to you by truck.
